SPECIAL ORDER POLICIES + FAQS

THANK YOU FOR CELEBRATING WITH BANG BANG! PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING FOR A SMOOTH ORDER & PICKUP EXPERIENCE.

    • Please note that ALL online orders are for PICKUP only, at our production bakery (1 block south of our shop.)

      • 2023 N. California Ave. Chicago, IL 60647

        • Look for the red gingham curtains! Enter at the northeast corner of California & Francis

    • If we are sold out of your preferred pie flavor / pickup date option, seek a different date. You are welcome to purchase a pie in-store on one of these pickup days on a first come first serve basis. 

    • We are unable to change or refund orders once they are placed online.

  • Once placed online, all orders are FINAL and CAN NOT BE MODIFIED & NO REFUNDS WILL BE APPLIED.

    With this in mind, please confirm your order before checking out and be sure you are available to pick up on the designated day you select. Any orders not picked up will be donated. We will not provide a refund or be able to reply to requests to adjust pickup times, quantities or forgotten orders.

  • Please review our Pie & Biscuit Care Guide for ingredients, allergens, storage & serving instructions.

    Our pies have a refrigerated shelf life of 5-6 days & can be frozen if more time is needed to enjoy!

  • At this time our website and gift cards are not compatible. If you’d like to apply a gift card, the only way to do so is to place your order via the online order website, then after you’ve done so, request a refund by e-mailing us at hello@bangbangpie.com with your gift card number included.

  • We’ve got ya covered! Order any of our of our shelf-stable retail items for shipping through our friends at Here Here Market.
